Network Services Help Page Instructions

These web pages are intended to provide on-line help for ARL:UT employees needing to dial-in, retrieve email, or use a VPN. The information on these pages might give intruders help in breaking into ARL:UT networks, so a username and password combination is required to gain access. The username and password are available on-line inside ARL:UT at the Network Services Help Page Password webpage. Alternatively, ARL:UT employees may obtain the password by calling the ARL:UT operator at (512) 835-3200, and identifying themselves and giving their badge number.
