Weather Station Information

Location

The weather station is located at the University of Texas
Applied Research Laboratories Lake Travis Test Station (LTTS),
on Lake Travis, northwest of Austin, Texas, USA. The readings come from a shaded area about 10 ft above the water surface so readings are generally hotter and more humid then other locations off the lake. In general these readings are correct for what you would experience if boating on the lake.
